We have always been extremely grateful of the service we have received over the years. I was recommended Scott around 6 years ago when I was setting up a new business and I needed help, advice and guidance with the new online presence, mainly around websites, company emails and SEO. What We Can't Do
As a family-run business, Techosaurus primarily offers technical services through our founder, Scott. We can provide consultancy services and proactive technology support, but please note that these are offered in Scott's own time, as he balances family life, a career in the corporate world, attending local events, and continuous charity work. As a result, we cannot guarantee reactive end-user or business-as-usual support services, such as instant remote support for issues or instant break-fix support. These types of guaranteed SLAs are typically provided by MSPs with larger technical teams and come at an additional cost, positioning us as not a direct competitor, or replacement for an MSP. However, thanks to our previous experience working with MSPs and our close connections with MSP owners and operators in the Yeovil area, we can guide you to the right fit for your business if your support needs exceed what we can offer. Rest assured; we will always strive to connect you with the most suitable support solution for your unique requirements.
