As Founder of Shane Evans Coaching, Shane provides personalised leadership development and team dynamics coaching. He has held senior people strategy roles in the Tech Sector and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods, supporting culture transformation and business growth.

Jo Fellowes is a Fractional COO and operations leader with over 15 years of experience helping founders and CEOs scale their businesses with structure, clarity, and calm. She specialises in removing the operational bottlenecks that hold back growth, bringing steady leadership, simple systems, and a clear outside perspective.
As Founder of 7-Figure Back Office, Jo has supported 7- and 8-figure founders across consulting, training, and personal development industries. She has designed operating frameworks that scale, built high-performing teams, introduced OKRs and KPIs, and implemented delivery systems that reduce churn and restore clarity. Her clients regularly reclaim 10+ hours per week, improve retention, and free themselves to focus on strategy and leadership.
Jo has also held Director of Operations roles at the Jay Shetty Certification School and Stellar Speakers, where she led operational strategy, team effectiveness, and scaling infrastructure for global training and thought-leadership organisations. Andrea Penna is a seasoned technology leader turned creative entrepreneur, combining over 20 years of global programme management experience with a thriving photography business powered by AI. His career reflects the same philosophy that drives Techosaurus: as technology evolves, so should we.
Before founding AndreapennA Photography, Andrea spent more than a decade at Accenture UK, where he led multi-million-pound transformation programmes across telecoms, banking, aerospace, and energy. A PMP-certified programme manager with deep expertise in governance, operations, and data-driven decision-making, he built and led distributed PMO functions spanning the UK, Europe, India, and beyond. His work consistently delivered clarity, efficiency, and measurable results for clients managing programmes in excess of £100M.
Today, Andrea brings that same structured, results-driven mindset into his photography business — delivering high-end wedding, corporate, and estate photography with the precision of an engineer and the creativity of an artist. What makes his work stand out is how he actively integrates Generative AI into his day-to-day practice, using it to enhance workflows, streamline delivery, and unlock new levels of creativity for clients.
